10 years ago, I started taking a few jewelry classes because I wanted to learn how to make jewelry and earn a bit of income on the side. I was a paralegal by day. I grew up collecting rocks in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and always loved the ones that had pretty colors and sparkling quartz so it made perfect sense that I was drawn to jewelry crafting.
Fast forward several years later and I'm happy to say I've attended many craft shows selling my jewelry as well as in boutiques and consignment, have ran a few online businesses selling, and have learned the ins and outs of owning and operating a handmade business.
The turning point came earlier in 2023 when I realized all of the knowledge I have gained could help others who want to start their own handmade businesses. That's when Crafty Creator Academy was born.
