I'm Christie

10 years ago, I started crafting and taking a few jewelry classes because I wanted to earn a bit of income on the side. I was a paralegal by day. I grew up collecting rocks in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and always loved the ones that had pretty colors like sparkling quartz so jewelry just made sense to me.

Fast forward several years later and I'm happy to say I've attended many craft shows, sold my jewelry in boutiques and consignment, have ran a few online businesses selling, and have learned the ins and outs of owning and operating a handmade business.

The turning point came earlier in 2023 when I realized all of the knowledge I have gained could help others who want to start their own handmade businesses. That's when Crafty Creator Academy was born.
